Join Sensei Rempel for an invigorating day that could include line-work, kata, self-defence training, and a few stories along the way. Every clinic is different.

AKF karateka of all ages come together to compete in fun and challenging events on tournament day. Events may include Haga Kuri (Capture the Flag), kumite, kata and board breaking.
