In summer 2019, the AKF worked with Myles Belland Films to record refreshed versions of our fundamental Wado Kai karate katas. Each video features Sensei Joseph Rempel, Founder and Chief Director of the Ohtsuka Amateur Karate Foundation, performing the kata. We’ve made all five Pinan kata videos available to watch for free on YouTube (in high definition) so you can practice your stances, blocks, and strikes from the comfort of home.
